With over 23 years of diverse nursing experience, Jira Q. Roberts, MSN, RN, brings a deep well of clinical knowledge and leadership to the legal field as the founder of QR Consulting and Resources, LLC. As an independent contractor, she specializes in bridging the gap between legal expertise and medical accountability, partnering with attorneys to uncover the truth in medical negligence cases.

Jira’s nursing background spans general medical-surgical care, vascular and urology specialties, quality management with a focus on core measures, and nursing education. She has held roles at every level of care—from bedside nurse and charge nurse to interim manager, house supervisor, and manager of the Center for Patient Flow, where she oversaw hospital-wide bed placement and coordinated closely with ancillary departments. She also led nursing services in a school system, reinforcing her commitment to community and continuity of care.

Jira holds an associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degree in nursing. Her comprehensive understanding of clinical practice and systems management allows her to deliver insightful, in-depth case analysis and connect legal professionals with expert resources.
